Step 1: Lie on back with arms above the head and legs extended. The Link™ is in front of the body.
Step 2: Simultaneously bring the arms and legs to 90 degrees, meeting in the middle.
Step 3: Return to starting position in controlled manner.
Tips: Don't swing the trunk or the legs up. Control the movement the entire time. Relax the neck and follow the hands with the eyes. The lower back is the main point of force contact.
