Seated Low Row
Step 1: Sit with the feet out in front with the arms extended out in front parallel to the legs. Keep the chest up tall with core tight. Hands are at hip width.
Step 2: Pull in until hands reach the lower obliques. Hold for 1 count.
Step 3: Return to resting position in controlled manner.
Tips: Keep a big chest and strong frame through engaging the core. The only thing moving should be the arms. The shoulders should stay locked back and down with the shoulder blades squeezing. To refrain from unwanted stress on connecting tendons, don't allow the shoulders to come forward when returning to the starting position.
