Process

Step 1: Stand tall with arms resting at side.

Step 2: Hinge arms parallel at the elbow in the sagittal plane. Bring hands up to shoulders. Hold for 1 count.

Step 3: Return to resting position in controlled manner.

Tips: Keep a big chest and lock in the elbow so that it doesn't swing around. Keeping a tight elbow will maximize the work the bicep does rather than using momentum.
