Step 1: Sit with legs slightly bent out in front. Rest the active arm elbow on inside of same side knee. Chest is leaning slightly forward in relaxed position.
Step 2: Hinge at the elbow. Curl the active arm hand to the same arm shoulder. Hold for 1 count.
Step 3: Return to resting position in controlled manner.
Tips: Don't allow the seated position to cause you to relax in the shoulder or surrounding area. Make sure to stabilize the area by keeping a tight core and keeping that shoulder blade back and down.
