Kneeling Chest Press


Setup Options




Step 1: Kneel on one knee in split position. The Link™ is attached to back leg with the Link™ going around body. The arms start in bent position with hands at sides.

Step 2: Press the arms up and out until fully extended. Hold for 1 count.

Step 3: Return to resting position in controlled manner.


Tips: Do not allow the resistance to return you to the starting position, fight the Link™ and get work in both ways, and even feel a stretch when returning to the starting position. Keep the core tight and the chest high. This exercise is great for working on the stabilizng chest muscles.
