Step 1: Squat down into quarter-squat position. Activate glutes. Create appropriate slack between feet as to not put too much stress on the Link™.
Step 2: Take a ten inch step sideways. Follow with a ten inch following step sideways with the other foot.
Step 3: Reverse direction after the set.
Tips: Keep a strong posture. Push off of the working leg/don't reach with the non-working leg. Initiate with the outer gluteal region and stabilize with groin. Keep the hands high.
