Jumping Jack Press
Step 1: Start with feet at shoulder width and hands at the hips and the Link™ crossed in front.
Step 2: Jump into the air about 5 inches, bringing the feet out to hip width+2 position. While in the air, push the hands out in front, parallel to the ground in "I" formation.
Step 3: Upon landing, slightly bend the knees into a quarter squat position. With a wide stance and arms out front, jump back into the air.
Step 3: While in the air bring the feet back to the original stance and arms to starting position. Slightly bend the knees into a quarter squat position upon landing.
Tips: Focus on keeping the shoulders back and down and keep the arms fully extended and parallel to the ground.
