Anchored Leg-Out


Setup Options




Step 1: Lie on the back with legs extended. Keep leg rigid the entire movement.

Step 2: Bring legs out as far as hips will allow. Hold for 1 count.

Step 3: Return to starting position in controlled manner.


Tips: Keep the legs rigid by squeezing the glutes. Control the movement all the way and back in. Do not allow the back to go into hyperextension.

Stance: Lying on back. Legs fully extended
