Process

Step 1: Lie with the down leg on the floor. Grab the Link™ with both hands and bend your active leg knee. Bring the hands up behind the head.

Step 2: Pull the hands up to full extension above the head.


Tips

Do not let the active knee flare out to the side. Squeeze the glute to elongate the hip flexor further. Hold the stretch position for 30 seconds so the Link™ can take up slack as the muscle relaxes and allows for further mobility.
