Setup Options




Step 1: Start with hands together towards the down foot. The eyes remain focused on hands for the entire movement. The arms are rigid the entire movement.

Step 2: Rotate the arms up and across. Finish standing tall with hands high above head on opposite side.

Step 3: Return to beginning position in controlled manner. 


Tips: Keep the eyes on the hands throughout the movement to ensure that the body twists in the abdomen at the top of the movement. Control this movement. Don't just fling the upper body up and down as it will do damage to lower back. Don't go into hyperextension.
