Step 1: Sit with back off of the ground at 45 degree angle. Hold the hands together in front of the chest.
Step 2: Rotate the hands as far as you can towards the ground. The eyes follow the hands the entire movement.
Step 3: Return to starting position in controlled manner.
Tips: Balance in this position is all dictated from the core and keeping it engaged. If you are not able to stay in this position you aren't firing the core enough or should try Standing Russian Twists to start with.
