Rotation Press Punch






Step 1: Start in bent knee position with toes pointed straight. Hands start at hip height.

Step 2: Twist body and punch to the direction of twist. 

Step 3: Repeat in other direction.




Tips: The movement starts and is maintained in the hips and core. Don't swing the shoulders or arms start or finish this movement. Hold the movement steady throughout and squeezing at the top
