Step 1: Sit with back off of the ground at 45 degree angle. The legs are bent in with the feet off of the ground. Hold the hands together in front of the chest with arms straight.
Step 2: Rotate the hands and follow the hands with the eyes the entire movement.
Step 3: Return to starting position in controlled manner.
Tips: Balance in this position is all dictated from the core and keeping it engaged. If you are not able to stay in this position you aren't firing the core enough or should try Standing Russian Twists to start.
