Side Plank Hip Dip
Step 1: Position the body up sideways on the forearm and the downside foot. Form a straight line from head to feet. The hand is extended to line up with the down arm while holding the top handle.
Step 2: Dip the bottom hip to make contact with floor. Hold for 1 count.
Step 3: Return to starting position in controlled manner.
Tips: Pinch the glutes forward and squeeze the core up into a straight bodyline. Keep a straight line from shoulder to shoulder. Remain with feet in dorsiflexion.
