Side Plank Hold
Step 1: Position the body up sideways on the forearm and downside foot. Form a straight line from head to feet. The top hand is extended to line up with down arm.
Step 2: Hold the up position working to keep glutes squeezed and hips up.
Tips: Pinch the glutes forward and squeeze the core up into a straight bodyline. Keep a straight line from shoulder to shoulder. Remain with feet in dorsiflexion.
