Side Plank Reach-Under
Step 1: Position the body up sideways on the forearm and the downside foot. Form a straight line from head to feet. The top hand is extended to line up with down arm.
Step 2: Reach the Link™ hand under body as if attempting to grab something behind the body. Follow the Link™ hand with the eyes. Hold underneath for 1 count.
Step 3: Return to starting position in controlled manner.
Tips: Pinch the glutes forward and squeeze the core up into a straight bodyline. Remain with feet in dorsiflexion. Utilize obliques to keep the body from coming out of alignment during the reach under.
