Standing Russian Twist
Step 1: Stand tall with the hands held holding both of the handles in front of the body.
Step 2: Rotate the body to the side. Keep the hands at the same height in relation to the ground for the entire movement.
Step 3: Return to starting position in controlled manner.
Tips: Control the movement with the core. Don't let the shoulders lead the movement, it will put unneeded stress on the upper back and spine.
