Seated Leg Extension
Step 1: The lower leg starts perpendicular to the ground and the thigh starts parallel to ground with the ankles under the knees.
Step 2: While hinging at the knee, raise the foot until it reaches full extension. The other foot stays in resting position. Hold this position.
Step 3: Return leg to starting position in controlled manner.
Tips: Keep a tall posture with hips in correct orientation by engaging the core throughout the movement. Control the movement, don't swing. Squeeze at the top.

Stance: Seated in chair. Legs rest down
