Process

Step 1: Stand in staggered squat position with knees slightly bent.

Step 2: Load the position by slightly dipping the knee and squeezing the glutes.

Step 3: Straighten the legs and jump into the air. Both legs should leave the ground at the same time.

Step 4: In the air, bring the knees up and switch the front and back foot.

Step 5: Land in staggered stance quarter squat with alternate foot position.

Tips: Focus on bringing those knees high. The first rep is the standard, don't accept any lesser height than that. Don't bend at the waist and use your lower back, keep a big chest and explode with the hips. Remember, when jumping the landing is just as important as the takeoff. Land softly and catch the weight in your hips, and get right into the next movement.
