Step 1: Stand tall with arms resting at 90 degrees in sagittal plane. Palms face backwards to begin.

Step 2: Extend hands up above head to line up with body. Finish movement above head. Palms facing forward. Hold for 1 count.

Step 3: Return to resting position in controlled manner.  

TipsDon't swing the truck up. It is important to keep the shoulders back and down and pull through with the abs. Keep the feet in a firm, stable position.
