Seated Delt Row
Step 1: Sit with legs and arms are out in front.
Step 2: Pull hands up to eyes. The elbows will follow the hands up. Hold for 1 count.
Step 3: Return to resting position in controlled manner.
Tips: Really squeeze the shoulder blades together to incorporate all of the upper back muscles. Avoid simply relying on the prime movers in that area.
