Straight High Pull
Step 1: Stand tall with arms resting in front.
Step 2: Bring the elbows and hands up to eye height while keeping trunk straight and chest and chin high. Hold for 1 count.
Step 3: Return to resting position in controlled manner.
Tips: Keep the shoulders locked back and down to insure the shoulder tendons are the ones being worked. This will also ensure the rotator cuff muscles (rhomboids) are working to stabilize.
