Step 1: Stand in a quarter squat position. Place one foot on top of the raised surface near the front edge. Ensure the up leg forms a 90 degree angle.
Step 2: With the right ball of the foot touching on the surface, jump into the air. Bring the up leg back to the ground while simultaneously bringing the previous down leg up to the surface.
Tips: Focus on finding your rhythm and push that tempo. Don't get lazy with pushing off the ground, make sure you extend that down foot to get the glute involved.
