Lying Tricep Press
Step 1: Lie on the back on the floor with the legs straight out in front. The Link™ runs up the back and over shoulders. The hands begin next to chest with the elbows and upper arms tight to side.
Step 2: Push the hands up and over the head. Hold for 1 count.
Step 3: Return to resting position in controlled manner.
Tips: Force the elbows together as much as possible. The more the elbows flare out the less the triceps work.
