Lateral Deltoid Stretch
Step 1: Set the anchor point at standing head height at the side of the body. Squat down with arms resting on the inside of the knees. The palm on the active hand should always face the body.
Step 2: Grab the handle with the opposite side arm. With the Link™ coming across the body, step sideways until arm is pulled firmly across the body. Twist trunk away from the anchor.
Keep a loose, relaxed grip. Bend at the hips and keep the core tight as to isolated the rear Deltoidss. Follow the active elbow with the eyes. Hold the stretch position for 30 seconds so the Link™ can take up slack as the muscle relaxes and allows for further mobility.
