Pec Stretch (Double Arm)
Step 1: Start by resting arms at the sides. Hold the Link™ behind the back. Keep arms straight the entire movement.
Step 2: Raise the arms into a "T" position so they are parallel to the floor.
Step 3: Keeping the traps squeezed, allow the Link™ to pull the hands together.
Keep a loose, relaxed grip. The chest should stay high and the chin should remain up for the entire movement. Find a hand distance that applies the best resistance. Hold the stretch position for 30 seconds so the Link™can take up slack as the muscle relaxes and allows for further mobility.
