Step 1: Start by resting arms at the sides. Hold the Link™ behind the back.
Step 2: Bend the active arm and bring the hand behind the neck with the palm facing in. Bend the down arm and bring the hand to the lower back with the palm facing out.
Step 3: Slowly decrease the distance of the hands while keeping a grip on the Link™.
Keep a loose, relaxed grip. The chest should stay high and the chin should remain up for the entire movement. Find a hand distance that that applies the best resistance. Hold the stretch position for 30 seconds so the Link™ can take up slack as the muscle relaxes and allows for further mobility.
