Step 1: Start with feet at shoulder width and hands at the hips and the Link™ crossed in front.
Step 2: Jump into the air about 5 inches, bringing the feet out to hip width+2 position. While in the air, pull hands up to shoulder level (crossing high pull).
Step 3: Upon landing, slightly bend the knees into a quarter squat position and jump the feet and hands back to original stance.
Tips: When doing the pull movement, bring the shoulder blades together and get those elbows high, but not so high that they are pointing up. Make sure movement is tight.
